Who are your clients?
Our clients are busy professionals, individuals, families, frequent
travelers, older adults and homeowners who reside in the U.S.
and abroad. We also help individuals who are experiencing life
changes, such as the loss of a loved one or a divorce, get their
affairs in order.
How do clients find you?
Many of our clients come to us through referrals or from our website.
How often would I need your services?
It depends on the types of services you would like us to handle.
Some clients need our services for just a few hours per month,
while many others rely on us to provide assistance with all of
their personal and financial needs on a regular basis.
How much does it cost?
Once we have a better understanding of your needs, we'll establish
an agreed upon fee.
Does it matter where I live?
No. We serve clients worldwide.
Can I continue using my own financial
advisors?
Paäge et Cie does not provide legal, investment, financial
planning or tax advice. However, we do work in tandem with our
clients' financial advisors, including attorneys, accountants,
financial planners and other advisors.
Will my financial information
remain confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is of the utmost concern to us. Your financial
information will only be available to a select few Paäge
et Cie staff members and will never be released to outside parties
without your consent.
Does your company have a privacy
policy?
Yes, we will not directly or indirectly divulge, disclose or communicate
to any person a matter affecting or relating to you without your
consent unless that information is needed by a 3rd party in order
for us to provide services to you. Even then, we stress the confidential
nature of the information being shared and maintain policies and
procedures that protect your privacy.
If I use your bill paying service,
how will I know what has been paid?
We provide a monthly statement showing all bills paid and all
amounts received so you can monitor and track your income and
expenses. We also forward any important notices or terms and conditions
that arrive with the bills, statements or credit cards.
What is your termination policy?
We require a 30-day written notice in order to ensure a smooth
transition and allow for a timely transfer of your records.
